Repairs typically take 7-10 business days. Urgent service (3-5 days) is available at an additional fee.

For repairs:

• Within UAE: drop off/pick-up from our D3 office. Or request courier service (AED 75 per way)
• Outside UAE: customers may send via a trusted courier or with a friend visiting. Or request courier service (AED 150 per way + duties)
