Yes, we ship to most countries, all over the world. Shipping is free of charge worldwide.
If your ordered item is in stock, you can expect it to be packed and ready for shipping within 1-2 days, whereas if we will have to produce it for you, it can take anywhere between 3 and 7 days to produce then ship it next day. Price you pay is including local 5% UAE VAT + shipping if applicable. Duties are not paid and may vary depending on your local regulations.
For most orders, we allow up to 3 days for exchanges and returns. If your order was custom made for you (e.g. a Name necklace) then we can't accept exchanges or returns.

Yes, your Bil Arabi piece is forever treasured and we will always do our best to keep it alive and repair it for you. In many cases, we don't charge you anything, in rare cases where it cost more than threshold, we charge a nominal fee.
For gold jewelry, we use 18K solid gold.
For silver jewelry, we use Sterling silver.
